Registration Terms and Conditions

1. Owner and Acceptance

This provisional link is operated by MEDYRAH BRIDGE – FZCO, with its registered office at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (“MEDYRAH”). By completing the registration, the individual accepts these terms.

2. Who Can Register

Physicians, healthcare professionals, and health science students who are 18 years of age or older and have sufficient legal capacity may register. Registering another person without their authorization or creating false or misleading duplicate registrations is not permitted.

3. Limited Nature of the Service

This link only allows individuals to express interest, provide basic data, verify email, and receive necessary communications regarding the future activation of MEDYRAH. It does not yet create a complete professional account or make the profile public.

Registration does not constitute or guarantee a job offer, employment, job placement, visa, degree validation, professional licensing, professional license, scholarship, course, residency, internship, academic admission, or healthcare service.

4. Obligations of the Registered Individual

• Provide true, current, and personal information.
• Do not enter unlawful, offensive, fraudulent content, or third-party data without authorization.
• Do not use the link to send malware, automate registrations, alter security, or interfere with the service.

5. Data and Communications

MEDYRAH will use the necessary data to process registration, verify email, prevent fraud, and communicate operational information. Commercial communications will only be sent when consent or another valid basis exists in accordance with applicable law. The Privacy Policy forms part of this legal information.

6. Verification and Rejection

MEDYRAH may request reasonable information to confirm the declared identity or status when the full profile is enabled. It may reject or delete false, abusive, insecure, incomplete, or unlawful registrations, or those contrary to these terms.

7. Availability

The provisional link may be modified, suspended, or interrupted for maintenance, security, or service evolution. MEDYRAH will apply reasonable diligence but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all future features will be launched on a specific date.

8. Intellectual Property

MEDYRAH’s brand, visual identity, texts, design, and technology are protected. Registration does not grant the right to copy, exploit, or use these elements beyond what is permitted by law.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MEDYRAH will not be liable for indirect losses or decisions made assuming that registration equates to a confirmed professional opportunity. Nothing excludes liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Changes, Applicable Law, and Contact

MEDYRAH may update these terms for legal, technical, or operational reasons. Material changes will be communicated when appropriate.
