05Institutional responsibility
Hospitals, clinics, and universities must be legitimate, authorized, identify a real representative, and clearly present programs, services, accreditations, prices, discounts, and requirements. They cannot recruit through deception, demand hidden payments, or evade labor, educational, immigration, or health obligations.

- No payments will be charged to doctors or professionals to secure employment.
- Never request money, cryptocurrencies, passwords, or documents through suspicious channels.

08Respect privacy
- Do not publish medical records, photographs, diagnoses, or identifiable patient data.
- Do not share confidential third-party information without authorization.
- Do not disseminate passports, licenses, degrees, or private contacts.
- Do not use Medyrah data for spam, commercial lists, or discrimination.
09Use Medyrah legitimately
Automated data extraction, mass copying of profiles, selling data, spamming, circumventing limits, introducing malicious code, attempting unauthorized access, manipulating metrics, or interfering with security are not permitted.
10Enforcement, reporting, and review
Depending on the severity, history, and risk, Medyrah may issue warnings, reduce visibility, remove content, request documents, limit functions, suspend or close accounts, and preserve evidence. In cases of potential danger, fraud, or crime, it may inform institutions or authorities when permitted or required by law.
An administrative review does not constitute official validation. When reasonable and legal, the decision will be communicated, and a request for review will be allowed. Reports of impersonation, fraud, medical risk, harassment, or misuse of data should be sent to [SECURITY EMAIL / CONFIRM]. In an emergency, contact local authorities first.
